These delightful seaside homes have recently been completed in a well known Suffolk seaside resort. The terraces have been designed to complement the existing Victorian housing in the town.
The three-storey dwellings with glazed balconies were constructed in traditional masonry with a steel frame at second floor. We managed to provide considerable cost savings to the client with our innovative engineering design solutions.

- FRA and flood response plan
- Contaminated land assessment to validation – phase I-IV
- Substructure and superstructure design
- Drainage and externals
- Principal designer role (CDM) from construction start to completion
