J P Chick & Partners Ltd were instructed to design all drainage systems for a residential development in Suffolk. The site was a small semi-rural parcel of land which would later be developed into 10 private dwellings.

For this Suffolk development, one constraint was an existing gas main running through the southern end. Additionally, there was no local public sewer, but we were able to design an effective drainage solution utilising infiltration and an above ground conveyance system which discharged to the local watercourse network.
